摘要:当今社会,人才已经成为企业最宝贵的财富,人力资源部门承担着为企业选人的重要职责。招聘工作作为人力资源管理的一项基本职能活动,是人力资源进入企业或者具体职位的重要入口,它的有效实施不仅是人力资源管理系统正常运转的前提,也是整个企业运转的重要保证。鉴于招聘工作在企业经营管理中的重要地位,为总结我国民营企业在招聘中存在的主要问题,以便在今后的工作中有所突破。本文就我国民营企业的用人理念,招聘准备、实施、录用、评估等方面存在的问题进行相应的分析,并由此提出相应的解决措施。
