人力资源管理中的问题及解决措施
[摘 要] :世界金融帝国危机对实体经济的冲击日益显现,在如此危机经济情况下,世界各大国家都加快了本国人力资源管理的发展速度,以期取得更大的资源利用效率。然而,我国企业人力资源管理虽然已经发展了许多年,但在专业技能、创意、管理模式、资源利用、政策扶持等各个方面,其发展水平都远远落后于美、英、日等世界经济强国[1]。近日世界经济泡沫寒风劲吹,各国自然灾害日益加重,沿海城市经济严重受到国外合资企业的重击等等这些严重影响了各国经济发展的速度,这也使得我国人力资源管理存在的问题、落后的距离暴露得更加明显。我们该如何面对目前存在的人力资源管理问题,如何采取有效的措施阻止人力资源的严重浪费。这些问题都摆在了我们发展中国家的面前。作为国家人力资源的一份子,我们应该运用自己固有的知识应对这些问题。

[Abstract]:Empire on the world financial crisis impact the real economy have increasingly shown, the economic situation in such a crisis, the world's major countries have accelerated their pace of development of human resources management in order to achieve greater efficiency of resource use.However, although Woguo Human Resource Management has been developed for many years in the professional skills, creativity, management style, resource utilization, policy support and other aspects, its development is far behind the United States, Britain, Japan and other powers in the world economy.Recently, cold wind blowing bubble world economy, countries in natural disasters is increasing, the coastal city economy by foreign joint venture, a serious blow and so these countries seriously affected the pace of economic development, which makes of human resource management problems, backwardthe distance is more significant exposure.How do we face the existing human resource management issues, how to take effective measures to prevent a serious waste of human resources.These issues are placed in front of our developing countries.As part of the national human resources, we should use their existing knowledge to address these issues.
