伊莱克斯（杭州）家用电器有限公司在供应链环境下的库存研究

摘  要
 随着21世纪全球经济化浪潮的来临，现代竞争已经由企业间的竞争向供应链间的竞争转变，企业的库存管理也由传统的库存管理向新型的供应链库存管理方向转变。供应链环境下的库存管理和传统的库存管理有着很大的不同，这些不同点体现出供应链的管理思想对库存的影响。本文主要介绍了供应链环境下的几种新型的库存管理模式，并针对企业的实际状况进行有效的分析解决。分析企业传统的库存管理的优劣，在此基础上利用新型的库存管理会给企业带来不同的生命力，主要采用供应商管理库存（VMI），联合库存管理，多级库存管理策略来有效的降低企业的库存水平，降低资金占用率，从而提高企业的经济效益，使企业更具有竞争力。

ABSTRACT

 With the arrival of the global economy of the 21st century, the competition of enterprises changes in the environment of the supply chain. In addition, the traditional inventory management becomes the new type of supply chain inventory management in enterprise. There are some differences between supply chain inventory management and traditional inventory management. These differences reflect the impact of the theory of the supply chain management on inventory mode. This paper introduces several new inventory management model in the supply chain environment, and analyzes the solution to the actual enterprise. This paper also analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the traditional inventory management business. Through the implementation of such new type of inventory management as VMI and JMI, it will bring the vitality to the enterprise, reduce the occupancy rate of fund，and enable the enterprise more competitive.
