物流管理及技术在幕墙企业中的应用—以北京江河幕墙股份公司为例
内 容 摘  要

 我国建筑幕墙行业经过近30 年发展，从中涌现出一批大型幕墙企业。在如今幕墙行业竞争日趋激烈的大环境下，由于幕墙行业的特点，决定了企业在迅速扩张规模的同时，成本不断上升，而物流成本又恰恰占了很大比重，可见物流必将成为幕墙企业未来的竞争重点。
 本文以北京江河幕墙股份有限公司为例，在总结前人对建筑幕墙企业物流相关理论研究的基础上，描述了北京江河幕墙的背景情况，分析了其物流构成，提出了该公司在物流发展过程中存在的采购问题、库存和配送问题、物流信息化问题和供应链管理问题。运用物流和供应链管理的理论和方法,并结合公司的实际情况有针对性地提出了战略伙伴与全球采购策略、库存和配送问题联合解决策略、构建企业物流信息中心和加强供应链管理意识这四方面的解决方案。

ABSTRACT

 The industry of the construction curtain wall has developed for 30 years in our country, many large-scale curtain wall companies have appeared. Under the present intensely competed environment of curtain wall profession, as a result of the curtain wall profession's characteristic, have decided as long as the company's scale rapidly expand, the cost rises unceasingly, and the logistics cost accounts for the very great proportion, obviously the logistics will certainly become the curtain wall profession's competition key  in future.
 This article took the Beijing Jianghe Curtain Wall Co. ,Ltd as an example, in the foundation of summarizing the predecessor's research to the construction curtain wall company logistics correlation theories, described the background about the Beijing Jianghe Curtain Wall, analyzed its logistics constitution, proposed some questions, including the procurement questions, the stock and the distribution questions, the logistics informationization questions and the supply chain management questions existing in the company's logistics developing process, using the theory and the method of the logistics and the supply chain management and unifying with the company's actual situation, target-oriented proposes four aspect solutions including the strategic partnership and the global procurement, union solution of the stock and the distribution questions, constructing company's logistics information center and strengthening the supply chain management consciousness.
