摘  要

 库存管理是企业用来控制实际库存问题的方法，主要帮助企业经营者确定何时补充订货、补充订货多少以及安全库存等问题。优化库存管理，就是要加强存货实物管理，降低存货成本。
 本文主要介绍了企业平时常用的库存优化方法，并且针对企业的实际问题进行有效的解决，采用期量标准优化方法对该企业进行系统优化。规定各种物资的的最高库存、安全库存、订购批量、订购提前期等内容。科学合理的期量优化标准可以有效的压缩库存物资，减少资金占用，降低产品成本，提高企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。对该公司的库存问题进行有效的解决，达到使企业发展之路更健康、更长久、更有活力的企业。

ABSTRACT

 Inventory management enterprises is used to control physical inventory problems, mainly to help operators determine when to add order to supplement the number of orders and inventory, and other security issues. Optimization of inventory management, is to strengthen the physical inventory management, reduce inventory costs. This paper presents a common enterprise peacetime inventory optimization methods, and address the actual issues of effective solutions, optimize the use of standard methods of the enterprise system optimization. Various provisions of the highest inventory of supplies, security, inventory, order quantities, such as ordering in advance of the content. Reasonable period of scientific standards can effectively optimize the compression stores, reducing capital occupancy, lower product costs and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and market competitiveness. The company's inventory problems for effective solutions to enterprise development of the healthier and longer, more dynamic enterprise.
