关键路线法在浙江德意电气有限公司的应用研究

摘  要

 本文通过论述生产物流在制造型企业当中的重要性，从而提出怎样可以更好的改进企业的生产物流现状的几种观点，并且对这些观点进行分析和评价，通过分析之后认识到了关键路线法在改进成熟性的制造性企业的生产物流现状当中的重要性，并且在具体的企业当中在工期、资源、费用等方面进行尝试性的试验，从而确立了关键路线法在改进生产物流工序优化方面的可行性和重要性。
