制造企业自动化立体仓库配送管理与优化

 摘  要

 在全球化和物流一体化的推动下，伴随科学技术的飞速发展，以储存为主业的传统仓储已经不再能够满足社会的需求，仓储技术逐步向系统化、自动化、无人化方向发展。因此，在许多大型制造企业中，自动化立体仓库技术越来越受欢迎。与此同时，现代配送作为一种先进的流通方式，得到了广泛的推广。仓储与配送单独运营、互相独立的局面已成为历史，他们的结合不仅是现代物流一体化的要求，也是仓储业和配送业在现代社会获得进一步生存和发展的需要。
 本文通过引入自动化立体仓库和现代物流配送的相关理论知识，进而理解国内外自动化立体仓库与配送体系的总体现状。然后结合上海汽轮机有限公司的自动化立体仓库，提出影响仓库运行效益的若干配送调度问题，并探讨管理改进的策略，主要是从组织结构、业务流程、配送方法、人员素质几方面入手，采用JIT配送、合并策略、配送信息系统等方法对仓储配送管理优化改进，从而达到提高立体仓库配送绩效，降低物流成本的目的。

ABSTRACT

 Drive down in the globalization and integrated logistics，with the rapid development of science and technology，to save the traditional industry-based storage is no longer able to meet the needs of the community. Step by step, the storage technology develop to systematization, automation, nobody. Therefore, in many large manufacturing companies, the automation stereoscopic warehouse technology is more and more popular. At the same time, the modern distribution of circulation as an advanced way to promote widely. Separate warehousing and distribution operations, independent of the situation has become history, they are a combination of not only the integration of the requirements of modern logistics as well as warehousing and distribution industry in the modern society for further survival and development.
 In this paper, through the introduction of automated high-rise warehouse and modern logistics and distribution of the relevant theoretical knowledge, and understanding of domestic and international automated warehouse distribution system and the overall status quo. Shanghai Turbine Co., Ltd. and then combined with the automated high-rise warehouse, the warehouse operation of the impact of a number of effective delivery scheduling problem and to explore strategies to improve the management, mainly from the organizational structure, business processes, distribution methods, several aspects of the quality of personnel, the use of JIT delivery combined strategy, distribution methods such as information systems management to optimize storage to improve the distribution, so as to enhance the performance of warehouse distribution and reduce logistics cost.
