衢州富利厨房设备有限公司基于SLP的生产物流优化研究

 摘  要
 
 衢州富利厨房设备有限公司是一家以生产厨房用具为产品的大型生产制造性企业，公司在96年搬迁至衢州经济开发区的时候，因为当时的技术、资源等方面的有限，所以在设备的布置和车间的原始规划上面存在一定的问题，从而导致了其生产的物流成本较高，所以目前公司上层想在不改变原始的设施设备的规划的原则上，对生产物流的成本进行降低。为了帮助企业寻找并解决问题，本文运用设施规划方法里最主流的SLP法对富利公司的油烟机生产车间进行了分析规划，其主要内容是提出一个更优化的建议方案。
 首先，本文分析了油烟机的生产工艺流程及物料流程，并在此基础上对其进行物流分析，判断车间原有布置的合理性；其次，在物流分析的基础上，运用SLP法展开研究，并提出一个优化的建议方案。

ABSTRACT

 Quzhou Futura Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd. is a production of products for the kitchen appliances, large-scale manufacturing enterprises, the company moved to Quzhou 96 economic development zones, because at that time the technology, resources, in limited, in equipment The original layout and planning workshop above a certain issue, leading to its production of the high cost of logistics, said the company would not change the top of the original planning of facilities and equipment in principle, the logistics of the production cost lower. To help companies find and solve the problem, the paper use of facilities planning methods, the most mainstream of the SLP to Futura's soot-production workshop for the analysis of planning, its main content is a more optimal proposal.
    First of all, this paper analyzed the fumes from the aircraft production process and material flow, and on this basis, its logistics analysis to determine the original layout of the workshop reasonable; Secondly, the logistics analysis on the basis of the study and use of SLP And propose an optimized package of proposals.
