范文编号:GY107 范文字数:15204.页数:29 摘 要 本文以浙江特种电机有限公司为例,对如何改善生产线进行了研究,运用价值流图析技术和精益生产的方法,分析了流水线现状,找出了制约生产的瓶颈问题,区分了生产中的增值和非增值的环节并消除了存在的浪费。在实践的基础上,证明了价值流管理在实现精益流水线上的可行性和优越性,通过一系列的优化措施,使流水线布置更为合理,减少了大量的搬运时间和等待时间,整体提高了流水线的生产效率。 关键词:价值流管理、精益生产、改善、瓶颈 ABSTRACT This paper takes ZheJiang Special Electric Motor Co.Ltd as an example, it studies how to improve the production line, using value stream mapping techniques and lean manufacturing methods. It finds out the bottleneck problem and distinguishes the value-added and non-value-added links according to the status of the production line, then eliminates these waste links. Based on the practice, we prove the feasibility and advantage of value stream management on achieving lean manufacture, through a series of measures, it makes the line arrangement is more reasonable and reduces much handling time and latency time, finally it improves the whole production efficiency.
