摘  要
 杭州安尼自动化装备有限公司是国内第一家生产平开门自动门机的高科技企业，ANNY平开门自动门机能够轻松实现门的智能开启、自动关闭。功能强大，产品安全可靠。因而ANNY产品广泛应用于门禁系统、楼宇对讲系统、感应门系统、烟感火警系统、盗警系统等各行各业的平开门上。本文通过应用设施规划方法里最主流的SLP法对平开自动门机__ANNY 1802车间进行分析规划，并对它进行优化。
 首先，本文分析了平开自动门机__ANNY 1802的生产工艺流程及物料流程，并在此基础上对其进行物流分析，判断车间原有布置的合理性；其次，在物流分析的基础上，运用SLP法展开研究，并提出一个优化的建议方案。

ABSTRACT

Thus ANNY products are widely used in access control systems, building Intercom systems, door sensors, Yangan fire alarm system, stealing police system Pingkai Men in all walks of life. In this paper, through the use of facilities planning methods, the most mainstream of the SLP-automatic doors open__ ANNY 1802 planning workshop for analysis and to optimize it.
 First of all, this analysis of the open-door automatic machine __ ANNY 1802 the production process and material flow, and on the basis of this analysis of their logistics, workshop judge the reasonableness of the original layout and secondly, the logistics analysis on the basis of , The use of SLP study and propose a optimization of the package of proposals.
