五金制造工艺及其管理

摘 要
        
 随着知识经济和全球经济一体化进程的加快，以及我国加入世界贸易组织，我国工业发展受到越来越大的竞争压力和严峻挑战。对于制造业来说，竞争的核心是如何将用户满意的创新产品快速推向市场。以信息化带动工业化，走新型工业化之路，以电子技术、信息技术、各种先进制造工艺技术及其管理技术等武装制造企业，全面提升面向产品全生命周期的工艺、工装等设计水平以及管理水平，是提高制造业，尤其是装备制造业竞争力和经济效益的基础和关键。
 本文以五金制造企业为研究对象，对五金制造企业的制造工艺及其管理进行了研究和分析。通过本课题的研究实现五金制造企业工艺设计质量，新工艺设计水平的提高，并促进五金制造技术和管理水平的提高。

ABSTRACT

 With the knowledge economy and the global economy to speed up the integration process, as well as China's accession to the World Trade Organization, China's industrial development is suffering with the increasing competitive pressures and severe challenges. For the manufacturing, competition is the core is how to spread the customer’s satisfaction and innovative products to the market quickly. Using information technology to stimulate industrialization, the road of new industrialization, electronic technology, information technology, advanced manufacturing technology and management techniques, such as armed manufacturers to enhance product life cycle-oriented technology, design tools, such as the level of as well as the management level, is to improve the manufacturing sector, especially in the equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness and cost-effective basis and the key.
 In this paper, hardware manufacturers for the study of hardware manufacturers and  manufacturing processes for management of research and analysis. Research projects through the hardware manufacturers to achieve the quality of process design, the new level of process design and to promote hardware manufacturing technology and management level.
