ERP及ERP库存管理在XX企业的应用实施

摘要

 20世纪90年代初，ERP系统在国外兴起，成为最先进的企业管理技术和方法，可以为企业带来巨大的收益。
 库存管理作为企业生产中的一个重要环节，其目的是在满足顾客服务要求的前提下通过对企业的库存水平进行控制，力求尽可能降低库存水平，提高物流系统的效率，以增强企业的竞争力。引进ERP系统后，对于降低库存水平，控制库存成本，将会有更加显著的效果。因此本文以ERP系统中的库存管理作为研究对象，通过介绍ERP系统的发展以及库存管理的作用，说明ERP库存控制模型的研究对现实具有指导意义。最后，本文将ERP库存管理理论应用于具体企业，应用离散不稳定的库存控制模型对该企业的ERP库存管理进行研究，从而降低其库存水平，减少库存成本，增强企业的竞争力。

ABSTRACT

 Enterprise Resource Plan--ERP is the most advanced business management techniques and methods at the beginning of the 1990s on abroad. It can bring tremendous benefits to enterprise.
 Inventory management as an important link in the production, the aim is under the premier of meeting customer service requirements, through controlling inventory levels, striving to reduce inventory levels, improve the efficiency of logistics system, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise. Because of the introduction of ERP system, there will be more significant results on reducing inventory levels, controlling inventory costs. In this paper, the inventory model of ERP has been signed out to be the studying target, through describing the development of ERP systems and the role of inventory management, to illustrate that ERP inventory model research has practical significance. At last, combined with XX Company as an example, to study the company’s Inventory management by discrete instability inventory control model, to obtain better inventory model, reduce inventory, lower inventory capital, thereby increasing the economic efficiency of enterprise.
