范文编号:GY129 范文字数:16027.页数:30 摘 要 随着我国制造业的不断发展,大批量机械自动化的生产模式日趋成熟,这对相应的质量管理模式提出了更高的要求。产品工序质量是产品综合质量形成的基础和保证,工序控制是针对相关工序存在和可能发生的问题进行事先分析研究,特别是那些对产品质量影响较大的关键工序,实行在线、实时控制,以达到快速响应,消除影响的目的。现代多数定子嵌线流程往往只注重最后打包前的几道检验,忽视对上面某些重要工序的控制。由于定子结构与生产工艺的复杂性,在出现问题后很难得知具体由哪道工序引起。本文主要通过对相关工序控制技术的研究,结合虹太电器定子嵌线流程的实际,利用动态规划和质量控制图等方法对定子嵌线工序提出了探索性建议。
ABSTRACT With the constant development of Chinese manufacturing industry, the mode of mass production of machinery automation matures gradually. However, it puts forward higher requirements to the corresponding quality management model. Processes quality is the basis and guarantee for the integrated products quality ,the process quality control is prior to analysis and study the problems that may occur in the relevant processes, implementing control of on-line, real-time especially to the key processes which have greater impacts on the products quality so as to achieve the purpose of responsing rapidly and elimination of the bad influence. Most modern process of stator embedding line often focus only on the last few testings before packaging, ignoring to control to some of important processes above, because of the complexity of the process and the stators, it was often impossible to know which procedures caused the problem. this article explores the proposals through the researches to the relevant process control technology, the connection with reality of the stator embedding line, and the using of the dynamic planning and proesses control charts.
