范文编号:GY137 范文字数:15746.页数:33 摘 要 我国是世界制造大国,制造业的快速发展和竞争加剧对企业的质量管理水平提出了越来越高的要求。然而目前,许多传统制造企业的质量管理还停留在事后检验阶段,严抓质量控制却忽视了质量改进。六西格玛持续改进是一个严格的、以数据驱动的决策方法,用来分析问题产生的根源并使过程能力提高到六西格玛水平。自20世纪80年代在摩托罗拉公司诞生以来,六西格玛方法被运用于世界范围内众多领域的组织,并取得了显著的效果。然而,在我国六西格玛管理正处于起步阶段,有巨大的研究和发展空间。本文通过对六西格玛DMAIC改进流程的研究,结合一家瓷砖生产企业的工业砖生产车间的现状,综合运用Minitab软件及一些质量工具,设计了一个质量改进系统,对传统制造企业如何开展质量改进工作进行了探索。 China is a great power nation of manufacturing in the world. With the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing industry, the fierce competition has forced the enterprises to improve their level of quality management. However, at present, the quality management in a lot of traditional manufacturing enterprises still stays in post- inspection stage. They paid more attention to Quality Control rather than Quality Improvement. Six Sigma continuous improvement is a rigorous, data-driven, decision-making approach to analyze the origins of problems and improve the process capability to the six sigma level. Since its birth in Motorola in 1980’s, Six Sigma has been widely used in organizations of various fields, and has gotten notable effect. However, in China it is in start stage and there has huge space for research and develop. By studying the DMAIC process of Six Sigma, this article aims to design a quality improvement system with the help of Minitab software and some quality tools. This system based on the present situation that combines the industrial tile production workshop of a manufacturing enterprise of ceramic tile, and it tries to explore a way for traditional manufacturing enterprise to carry out their work of quality improvement. 目 录
