工厂总体设施规划研究——以玛利亚袜业有限公司为例
内 容 摘 要
 
 在制造业中，由于设备、交货期限和制造过程等复杂的条件限制，企业的设施布局更改比较困难。不良的设施规划将会增加物料搬运成本，无效的生产以及重新布局时所需要的大量成本。因此, 企业的设施规划已经成为企业最关心的问题之一，本文依据设施规划理论对工厂设施优化作了系统分析和研究。
 文章阐述设施规划的理论意义，并结合这些理论依据,研究设施规划在实际中的运用，最后对企业生产物流中的设施规划进行了研究，对企业在设施规划方面遇到的问题提出解决方案，优化配置，提高在生产物流和设施规划方面的认识。

关键词：物流成本、生产物流、设施规划、优化配置

ABSTRACT

 In the manufacturing industry, due to the Restrictions of complex condition, such as equipment, delivery time and the manufacturing process and so on, it is much difficult to have change on enterprise restriction. some ill Facility Layout will increase the material transit cost, invalid production and mass cost in restriction .Thus ,enterprise facility layout has become one of the most important problem. This paper has analyzed and researched on optimization of company facility according to facilities planning theory.
 This paper elaborates the theory significant of facility planning, and combines some theory, real application when researching on facility planning. At last, it researches on the facility planning, provides solutions and optimization device to the problems in planning. And then rise the cognition in production logistics and facility planning.
