范文编号:GY151 范文字数:18714.页数:47 摘 要 本文介绍了工业工程、系统布置设计方法和仿真技术的基本理论方法，以及其在大型连锁超市的设施布置改进的应用前景。文章重点研究当前较常用的设施布置方法——系统布置设计（SLP）方法，并结合工业工程的基本管理技术探讨系统布置设计方法在连锁超市设施布置和作业和环境改进等方面的应用策略，同时结合Flexsim仿真软件介绍布置改进中的应注意的问题。最后以泰国零售巨头易初莲花超市华东区杭州和平店为例，对该超市整体设施布置改进策略和步骤进行研究，从而阐述系统布置设计方法、工业工程和计算机仿真技术在设施布置改进过程中的应用关键，说明用此方法可以高效完成设施布置改进目的，克服运作中的逆向物流，实现零售业的更好更完美运作。
This paper introduced the method of industrial engineering, the method of systematic layout planning and computer simulation technology, and its basic theoretical methods in the improvement of large supermarket chain facilities layout and its application prospect. This paper mainly expounds the common facilities layout method, systematic layout planning (SLP) method, and in combination with the basic management technology of industrial engineering discussed the application strategy of systematic layout planning method in the improvement of the chain supermarket facilities layout, work and environment, based on Flexsim simulation software it showed the problems in the process of improvement of facilities layout should pay attention to. Finally in Thailand retail giants Lotus Supermarket in Hangzhou east district of peace square store as an example, it studied the improvement strategies of store overall facilities layout and procedures, then researched systematic facilities layout planning method, industrial engineering and computer simulation technology in process of improvement of facilities layout, expounded the key matter in its application can efficiently improve complete facilities layout, overcome the reverse logistics , ensure better, more perfect operation of retail. 第一章 引言 1
