德清县富康机械化工有限公司ERP进销存模块研究

摘  要

 ERP 系统的使用使得企业信息全面得到共享，极大地减少了信息不对称的情况。企业的各级管理者随时可以得到最基层的业务信息，从而为企业减少管理层次、推行扁平化管理、提高管理效率创造了条件。本文主要做了以下几方面工作：
（1）通过企业进销存流程设计企业 ERP 管理系统的基本原理和在前台应用程序与后台数据库连接关键技术实现。
（2）根据系统需要建立后台数据库。并在数据库中生成了用于采购管理、库存管理和销售管理的数据库表。
（3）在 Windows 系统下，使用Visual Basic 6.0 实现企业 ERP 管理系统的基本功能。并要求采购子系统、库存子系统和销售子系统中实现基本信息录入、信息修改、信息更新等功能。

 ABSTRACT

        ERP system allows businesses to share information with all-round, greatly reducing the information asymmetry situation. Managers at all levels of business at any time can be the most basic business information, so as to reduce the management of enterprise-level, the implementation of flat management, improving management efficiency and create the conditions. This paper has done the following work:
(1) Through business process design Invoicing ERP business management system and the basic principles of application in the foreground and background of key technologies to achieve database connection.
 (2) The need for back-end database system. And generate in the database for procurement management, inventory management and sales management of the database table.
(3) In the Windows system, the use of Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Management System ERP basic features. And requested that the procurement system, inventory and sales subsystem to achieve the basic information input, information modification, information updates and other functions.
