工业工程在成本专案中的应用

摘要
 本文首先阐述工业工程的基本原理、发展及国内外的应用状况。
 然后介绍工业工程在华映视讯有限公司的具体应用，如“5S”管理、内部需求请购评估、专案管理等等。
 重点介绍成本专案，它是由于市场竞争更加激烈及企业内部某些管理方面不完善导致的。IE运用甘特图、ABC分类法等方法对成本专案的规划和设计；在成本专案实施过程中发挥协调和沟通作用，保证成本专案按时或提前完成；对成本专案实施一个月后的成果统计及对各成本专案的效益。
 最后探讨IE作为提高生产效率和和生产率、降低成本的实践中的一门科学，随着科学技术的发展，未来工业工程的发展将呈现若干个特点。

                  Application of IE to Cost project

Abstract
    This paper first describes the basic theory, development and application of Industrial Engineering at home and abroad, and then introduces how to apply Industrial Engineering
in Huayingshixun limited, such as management of 5S,evaluation of internal  demand and project management. This paper focuses on cost project, which is caused by fierce competition and inefficient management. Industrial Engineers design the cost project by using Gantt chart and ABC classification method, and coordinate related department to work efficiently in the process of implementation of cost project in order to complete them ahead of schedule or on time, and collect the benefit of all the cost projects and evaluate individual cost project. This paper predicts the trend of development of Industrial Engineering as the science and technology develops.
