基于产业集群的物流合作

 摘   要
 产业集群是指一群从事同一或相关产业的企业聚集在一定区域经营的经济现象。当前，伴随着互联网和电子商务快速发展，世界经济贸易全面走向全球一体化。结合我国目前的经济状况看，我国正处于产业结构调整和升级的阶段。企业集群通过协同效应所显示出来的竞争优势，日益受到关注，集群战略已成为企业发展和区域发展的重要模式。集群化、生态化和柔性生产是现代产业组织的重要特征。因此，建立基于产业集群的物流合作模式是本文研究和探讨的中心问题。
 本文首先从国内外物流产业的发展背景谈起，分析了集群企业与物流企业的合作现状。随后指出了物流合作模式及其特点，剖析了集群与物流的关系。然后在了解外包决策理论的基础上，构建了基于产业集群的物流合作模式，并对集群企业的运作模式进行了分类。最后，分析产业集群的物流环境，运用委托-代理理论，构建物流合作协调发展的合作机制。

 Abstract
A cluster is a group of producers making the same or similar things in close vicinity to each other. Presently, the global economics and electrical commerce is developing rapidly and the global economy appears to the trend of integration. From the perceptive of current economic status of our country, our country is located the stage of industrial structure adjusting and updating. The competitive advantages exhibited through the synergic effective of enterprise clustering are largely attended. The strategy of clustering development has become an important model of enterprise and region development. Clustering, ecology and flexibility are the important characters of temporary industrial organization.

Firstly, the article embarks on the background of international and domestic logistics industry. Analyzes the situation between cluster enterprise and logistic enterprises. Subsequently, Points out the logistics co-operation and characteristics, and analyzes the relationship of cluster and material flow. Then create the logistics co-operation model based on the enterprise clusters, using out-sourcing theory., and classify the cluster enterprises operation model. Finally, analyses the logistics industry cluster environment, and create logistics cooperation and coordination mechanisms for cooperation development models, using commissioned-agent theory.
