可视化管理在高校实验室管理中的应用——以A学院为例

 摘  要

        随着以素质教育为核心的科教兴国战略的实施,实验室作为实施素质教育的载体,肩负着独特而不可替代的作用。近年来,许多高校投入大量财力、物力改善实验条件,实验室面貌焕然一新,然而在实验室管理水平没提高的前提下，实验室效率并没上升。
    如何来提高实验室的管理水平,使高校实验室能在不提高成本的前提下,充分发挥实验室的作用,其中一个最有效的办法是对高校实验室实施可视化管理。本文首先阐述了提出高校实验室可视化管理的意义和可视化管理的概念。然后详细介绍了可视化管理的起源、内容、注意事项,分析了可视化管理在国内外的应用情况。最后结合A学院实验室的可视化管理的实际情况,通过分析实验室的现有管理,找出其存在的问题并对问题进行改善。主要利用5S理念来推行可视化管理,从而对设备管理进行改进,提高学生和实验室管理员素养。

ABSTRACT

        With the implement of boosting the country through scientific and educational advances which is the core of Quality Education. Laboratory of University as a vehicle for quality education plays an irreplaceable and unique role. In recent years, so many colleges and universities put into a large number of financial and material resource to improve the experimental conditions and take on brand-new look. However, the efficiency does not improve under the premise that the management level of laboratory dose not improve.
       To play full role of laboratory, one of the most effective approach that how to improve the management level of laboratory is to make the Laboratory Management of colleges and universities visual. This paper first comes up with the meaning and the concept of laboratory visualization management. Then it describes the origin of visual management, notes and analyze visual management in the application at home and abroad. Finally, it combines the actual situation of visualization laboratory management in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, through the analysis of existing management ,to identify problems and issues to improve the situation. This paper mainly use of the concept of 5S to carry out visual management and improve the management of equipment and the quality of students and laboratory administrators.
