摘　要
 研究背景：随着生活和保健水平的提高，人类平均寿命较前明显地增长，社会人口的老龄化已引起多方面的重视，伴随着老年人口的增加，老年人健康医疗服务已成为政府和社会正在解决的公共保健问题，为了解城镇老年人的健康状况及影响老年人健康的主要因素，我们着手从健康状况、饮食和营养以及生活习惯上对本市钓台镇2015名65岁以上老年人进行调查。
 目的：了解老年人的健康状况,建立健康档案，全面了解老年人群重点疾病的患病情况，分析评价老年人群疾病的变化趋势及其影响因素，制定科学的干预策略与措施，为进一步提高老年人健康水平和生活质量提供依据。
 方法：1.发放调查问卷 ：收集2015例老年人的健康体检资料并进行分析。2.组织健康体检。
 结果：结果2015例老年人体检健康人数占24%,患病人数占76%。其中检出主要疾病分别是患高血压者33%、脂肪肝15%、冠心病14%、胆结石10%、糖尿病4%。
 结论：老年人高血压等慢性病检出率高,健康问题严重,应大力开展健康教育和健康促进,提高老年人生活质量。

 ABSTRACT
 Backgroud: With the increase of life and health level of the average human lifespan significantly De grow more Qian, social aging of the population has caused many of attention, accompanied by the increase in elderly population, the elderly health care services have become the government and society are addressed public health problem, to understand the health status of urban elderly and the main factors affect the health of the elderly, we proceed from the state of health, diet and nutrition and living habits of the city town of 2,015 stool over 65 years old to investigate.
    Objectives：elderly health situation by establishing health record, a comprehensive understanding of older age groups the prevalence of priority diseases, analyzing the changes in assessment among aged group of diseases, and Ying Xiang Qu Shi factors, development of science and the Ganyu strategies and measures to further improve the health of the elderly Shuiping and provide the basis for the quality of life.
 Methods: 1, Extend questionnaire: Collect the healthy check-up of elderly 2015 data and analysis. 2, organizational health check.
 Results:Results 2015 cases of the number of elderly healthy subjects, 24%, 76% prevalence. The detection of major diseases including high blood pressure who were 33%, 15% of fatty liver, coronary heart disease 14%, 10% of gallstones, diabetes and 4%.   
Conclusion: The detection rate of hypertension and other chronic diseases, the elderly, serious health problems, should strengthen the health education and health promotion, improve the quality of life of older persons
