摘 要
 目的：将临床护理路径引入本科工作中，使患者从入院到出院都按一定的模式接受护理，制订标准的护理流程，提供有时间的、有序的、有效的照顾。探讨临床护理路径用于老年股骨颈骨折患者的康复效果。
 方法：对2008年3月～2010年3月我院骨科收治的76例60岁以上移位性股骨颈骨折患者进行了随访研究，将本院76例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组各38例，对照组采用传统护理教育方法；观察组在对照组的基础上制订住院期间临床护理路径进行健康教育，比较2组患者的住院天数、满意度及并发症发生情况。
 结果：1.观察患者平均住院时间20天，最短17天，最长23天。观察组（20±3天）和对照组（14±7天）相比，住院天数明显减少，具有统计学意义（p<0.05）;
 2. 术后出现并发症发生情况,对照组15例,观察组6例,两组对比,差异具有显著性(χ2=3.93, P<0.05)。无泌尿系统感染，无术中和术后死亡，无切口感染随访期内无翻修病例。按Harris评分标准：手术后一个月平均提高38.2分，手术后三个月平均提高38.6分。观察组和对照组相比，患者满意度明显提升，具有统计学意义（χ2=4.07,p<0.05）。
 结论：临床护理路径对于老年股骨颈骨折患者的恢复有积极的影响。临床护理路径对对老年移位性股骨颈骨折，特别是活动能力要求较高、期望寿命较长和身体一般状况好的老年患者，效果较好，值得推广。

 Title: Nursing care of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

ABSTRACT
 Objectives：The clinical care path is the late 20th century， 80 developed by the United States standardized clinic care model as the ultimate goal of medical care， it effectively inhibited the growth of medical costs， contributed to raising the level of medical care in recent years， as peoplethe growing demand for health services， on health care quality requirements are increasing， therefore， the clinical care path Yinru undergraduate work， so that patients from admission to discharge were cared for by a certain pattern， the development of standards of care processes，to provide time for orderly and effective care.Clinical care of the path for the rehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fracture effect.    Methods：March 2008 ~ March 2010 in our hospital (Jilin Chinese Medicine Hospital) orthopedic treated over 76 cases of 60-year-old patients with displaced femoral neck fractures were followed up study， 76 cases will the Court of femoral neck fracturespatients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 38 cases， the control group using traditional methods of nursing education； observation group were hospitalized on the basis of the clinical development path for health care and education， compared two groups of patients hospital stay， satisfaction andcomplications.    Results：The number of days in the hospital group， satisfaction and complications were better than the control group.    Conclusion：The clinical care path is a working model of holistic nursing， holistic nursing care is the depth， by total hip replacement patients in the application， to achieve high-quality， high-performance low-cost care needs and get goodeconomic and social benefits， higher quality of care to meet the health needs of people.Clinical care path for the recovery of patients with femoral neck fracture had a positive impact.Clinical Nursing Route displaced femoral neck fractures in elderly， in particular activity higher， longer life expectancy and general health status of elderly patients with good and effective， and worthy of promotion.
