摘 要
 目的:调查护士自我角色认知现状，分析现状与应对方式、身心健康的相关性，为将来采取有效的干预措施提供依据。
 方法:采取方便抽样方法，对下750名护士进行问卷调查，收回有效问卷下733份。问卷内容包括:护士基本情况、角色认知现状、身心状况及应对方式。
 结果:护理人员角色认知各年龄组间差别有统计学意义(P<0. 0025)，不同职称的护理人员在角色认知程度上有统计学差异(F=8. 97,P<0.0001);角色认知状况与应对方式相关;应对方式与身心症状正相关，不同年龄段焦虑、敌对、偏执的症状反应上有统计学差异(F=4. 03, P=0. 018; F=6. 08,P<0. 0024; F=3. 23,  P=0. 04)。
 结论:护士自我角色认知水平高低，影响护士的应对方式，应对方式与身心健康密切相关，建议成立护士心理健康指导机构，帮助护士学会利用各种社会支持，恰当地评估自己应对能力和策略。

 Title: The role of nurses in self-awareness and coping style, physical and mental health-related research
ABSTRACT
 Objectives:To investigate the status of nurses' self-role cognition and analyze the correlation between the status of self-role cognition and coping styles, physical and mental health, so as to take effective intervention for future.
 Methods:Using the method of convenience sampling, 750 nurses were recruited in this investigation with the number of valid questionnaires being of 733. The questionnaire included the demographic data, status of role cognition, physical and mental health and coping styles. 
 Results: Self-role cogni- tion of nurses were statistically and significantly different in age and professional title (F=6.06, P<0.0025; F=8.97, P<0.0001). Self-role cognition was relevant to coping style.Coping style was positively correlated with the status of physical and mental health.Symptoms of anxiety, hostility and paranoia were statistically and significantly different in different age groups (F=4.03, P=0.018; F=6.08, P<0.0024; F=3.23, P=0.04).
 Conclusion:The coping style of nurses was influenced by the level of nurses' self-role cognition, which were closely related with the physical and mental health. It is suggested to set up an institution of mental health for nurses, in order to help them make good use of social supports and properly evaluate the ability and strategies of coping.
