摘 要
 
 目的：研究对输卵管结扎妇女实施健康教育，给予心理干预对减轻受术者对手术的应激反应，缓解受术者心理压力，减轻术前焦虑，提高手术适应能力，积极预防并发症方面的效果。
 方法：行输卵管结扎手术的受术者60例，随机分为干预组（n=30）和对照组(n=30 ) 。对干预组受术者进行术前、术中、术后健康教育，实施心理干预。全部受术者都在术前和术后施行心理学调查与各种测试评价。术前采用填写调查问卷方法，让受术者填写焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS ）;并在术前5min、切皮时、切皮后30min监测血压、心率、和心电图数据；术后监测并发症发生率。                                                                                         
 结果：两组受术者术前的SAS、SDS评分无明显性差异，术后则有明显性差异（P<0.05）；干预组的血压和心率平稳，对照组的血压和心率则波动明显增大；术后并发症随访干预组明显低于对照组；干预组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。
 结论：术前、术中、术后健康教育有利于减轻输卵管结扎妇女对手术的应激反应，减轻焦虑，减少手术并发症，有利于手术的安全、顺利进行。

ABSTRACT

 Objective：To study the effects of healthy instruction to relieve mental stress, lighten preoperative anxiety , raise operation adaptive capacity and prevent complication of women who accept tubal ligation .
 Methods: 60 cases who accepted tubal ligation were devided randomly
into intervention （n=30）group and control group （n=30）. Women in intervention group accepted mental intervention.All cases filled in self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）and self-rating depression scale （SDS ）And they were monitored blood pressures, heart rates and electrocardiograms at 5 minutes before ,when and 30 minutes after operation.                                                                                  
 Results:There were no difference between intervention group and control group in preoperative SAS ans SDS between intervention group and control group .While the postoperative SAS ans SDS difference were significant （P<0.05）. Women’s blood pressures and heart rates were more equability in intervention group. Postoperative complications were lower in intervention group than in control group（P<0.01）.
 Conclusions: To carry on healthy instruction is help to lessen women’s mental stress . And he operation complications are reduced.
