范文编号:HG079 范文字数:11018,页数:28 摘 要:利用蚕沙制备卟啉类锌钠盐,采用微波预处理技术和低毒溶剂替代技术(丙酮—乙醇提取剂),通过正交实验来研究微波辐射、浸提时间、水浴温度、固液比、丙酮—乙醇的比例对卟啉类锌钠盐制备的影响,并确定最佳实验条件和产品结果检测分析。结果表明:浸提时间60min,水浴温度60℃,固液比1:7,丙酮—乙醇1:2,皂化pH=11,酸化pH=2,成盐pH=11,锌代时间1.5 h,10%氯化锌用量4ml,产品得率可达1.84%。 关键词: 蚕沙 微波 卟啉类锌钠盐 实验条件 The study of chlorophyll zinc sodium salt in Silk sandy Abstract: Using silk sandy preparation chlorophyll zinc sodium salt by microwave pretreatment technology and toxicity solvents alternative technologies (acetone extraction agents) ,through the orthogonal experiment to study the effect 0f microwave radiation extraction time, stretching temperature, the liquid-solid ratio, acetone - ethanol proportion on porphyrin class zinc sodium salt preparation, to define the optimum technology conditions and test the results of product.
