范文编号:HG091 范文字数:7346,页数:22 摘 要:不对称合成研究具有重要的理论意义和广阔的应用前景。其中不对称氢化催化尤为重要。手性氨基醇具有光学活性,在不对称合成和药物中间体两方面具有广泛的用途。方酸具有稳定的四环结构,3,4-位羟基可以被多种亲核基团取代得到多种方酸衍生物。含硫手性方酰氨基醇配体就结合了方酸和氨基醇各自的优点。方酸与正丁醇反应得到方酸二丁酯,继而与(1S,2R)-(+)或(1R,2S)-(-)-2-氨基-1,2-二苯基乙醇反应得单手性中心的方酰氨基醇配体。纯化,然后与NaHS溶液反应,上巯基,得到含硫单手性中心方酰氨基醇配体。最后在K2CO3和丙酮存在下含硫氨基醇配体与间三苄溴在40℃条件下反应2h得到目标产物含硫多催化中心手性配体。 Sulfur side acylamino alcohol ligands Abstract: Asymmetric synthesis of important theoretical significance and potential applications.
