年产500吨还原蓝RSN生产工艺设计

 摘 要：还原蓝RSN是一种还原染料，本文通过对几种生产还原蓝RSN的典型工艺进行比较而选择用以2-氨基蒽醌为原料，经过碱熔闭环，精制，氧化的方法。两分子2-氨基蒽醌、氢氧化钾和氢氧化钠的混合碱中在助熔剂醋酸钠下反应。该方法比较成熟，条件温和，得到的产品及颜色较纯正,可以很好的满足染色要求。本设计是一个年产500吨还原蓝RSN的生产车间，进行了物料衡算、热量衡算、釜体、车间布置等进行研究。反应周期为每批24小时，每天1批，通过设计，确定为5立方米的反应釜，包括反应釜个部分尺寸、搅动传动装置、附件及车间布置等方面的设计，并画出了生产工艺的反应流程简图、车间布置图和反应釜体装配图。

With an Annual Production Capacity of 500 Tons of Vat Blue RSN Production Process Design

Abstract: Vat Blue RSN is a vat dye, in this article, the production of several typical Vat Blue RSN compare and select technology for 2-amino-anthraquinone as the raw material, after the closed-loop alkali fusion, refining, oxidation method.
