An intermediate 5-methyl-(2-chloro-pyridine-3-)-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid was explored.It was performed by using 3-amino-2-chloro pyridine as the starting materials in three steps including diazotization,reduction and cyclize to form the attempted product. Using it to acyl chloride,then reacted with different substituted aniline to obtain attempted 1st series acylamide,; At the same time, using 1 - (pyridine-3) -5 - trifluoromethyl -pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid as an intermediates, according to acyl chloride,then reacted with different substituted aniline to obtain attempted 2sec series acylamide.
