范文编号:HG192 范文字数:12805,页数:24 摘 要:近年来高效减水剂在工程上的应用日益广泛,国内外的研究日新月异。随着我国大量基础性工程的破土动工,高效减水剂的需求进一步增大。本文简要回顾了减水剂的研制、生产和应用历史,阐述了聚羧酸减水剂的作用机理和国内外的研究现状。讨论了第二代聚羧酸系减水剂即烯丙基系减水剂研究的目的与意义,在保持了第一代聚羧酸系减水剂的强度高、耐热性、耐久性、耐候性等优异性能的同时,进一步改进生产工艺,提高含固量。简要介绍了烯丙基系减水剂的生产流程,重点讨论了投料方式,AA:APEG配比,EO数目,链转移剂SMAS,含固量等因素对烯丙基减水剂效果的影响,从水泥净浆流动性,保持性和混凝土的流动性比较了烯丙基系减水剂和第一代聚羧酸系减水剂,萘系减水剂的作用效果。 Abstract: In recent years superplasticizer in engineering has been more widely used, the research is also changing at home and abroad. As lots of infrastructure projects are constructing in China now, the demand of superplasticizer was further increased. This paper briefly reviewed the development, production and application history of the superplasticizer, and introduced the mechanism of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the role of superplasticizer at home and abroad. The purpose and significance of the second-generation polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized with allyl polyether was reviewed. While keeping the high strength, heat resistance, durability, weatherability and other excellent performance of the first generation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, we improved the production process, and increased the solid volume. The paper also introduced the production processes of superplasticizer briefly, and focused on the investigation of the effects of feeding mode, ratio of AA to APEG, the number of EO, chain transfer agent SMAS, solid content on the effect of allyl superplasticizer, and compared the effect between the allyl superplasticizer and the first generation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, Naphthalene superplasticizer with the cement slurry flow and the Concrete flow experiment. 梳形混凝土超塑化剂的合成相关范文 |
