范文编号:HG212 范文字数:8865,页数:22 摘 要:本文采用的是甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚二元醇(E-210)、催化剂cat为反应原料,先制备成聚氨酯聚合体,再通过2,2-二羟基甲基丙酸(DMPA)及聚乙二醇(BEG)扩链剂的扩链,交联剂(G-18和PNP)的交联改性及有机硅(GY-23)改性,采用不同的实验方案制得一系列的水性聚氨酯乳液。通过测定乳液及乳液成膜后的各项性能,表征不同因素对乳液性能及膜的耐溶剂性能的影响。经研究发现:经过有机硅改性的水性聚氨酯乳液的稳定性明显好于自交联水性聚氨酯;而且改性过的水性聚氨酯的膜的耐水性及耐溶剂性能也明显好于自交联的水性聚氨酯。 关键词:水性聚氨酯;交联改性;有机硅改性;乳液稳定性;膜耐溶剂性能 Abstract:This paper is based on toluene diisocyanate (TDI),polyether diol (E-210), cat catalyst for the reaction of raw materials,first of a polyurethane polymer,and through the 2,2 -- hydroxy-methyl-propionic acid (DMPA) and polyethylene glycol (BEG) chain extender of the chain extender, crosslinking agent (G-18 and PNP) crosslinking modification and the modification of G-23,using different experimental programme in a list of system Water-based polyurethane emulsion. By measuring latex emulsion film and after the performance,the characterization of different factors on the emulsion performance and film properties of the solvent resistance. The study found that: After the silicone modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion stability is better than the self-waterborne polyurethane,but had modified the waterborne polyurethane membrane of the water and solvent resistance performance was better Since the cross-linking of water-based polyurethane.
