范文编号:HG230 范文字数:19119,页数:57 摘 要 本文按照“化工装置自控工程设计规定”,根据工艺提出的检测及控制要求,对催化裂化分馏装置的分馏塔、汽提塔、油气分离器、原料油缓冲罐和回炼油管的液位、温度、压力等进行控制和检测,并对流程做了简单的介绍。根据催化裂化分馏装置的特点选择了合适的仪表和调节阀。绘制了完整的工艺流程图和回路接线图。 ABSTRACT The control-detection design to temperature, pressure and flux for the process which consists of a fractionation tower, a steam tower, a segregator, a oil amortized tower and a catalytic cracking refining pot was made based on the “Chemical automatic design rules”. After a simple introduction for the flowsheet, some suitable meters and valves were choose. And the interrelated blueprint about the automation design, technics flowsheet chart and the loop hookup were drawed.
