The Technological Design on Copper-washing System Abstract: The design is a technological design on Ammonia-washing system for annual production of 250000 ton synthetic ammonia. The main mission of copper's washing is to change raw gases from carbonization into qualified purified gases by clearance of carbon with chemistry method or physical method. This is the last purification step before the raw gases are sended to synthesize. The copper sulution property and constitution, the work principle of copper-washing, the operation condition of copper solution, the process configuration of copper-washing and the condition of the renewness and the technological development of the copper-washing are elaborated. The reasonable production thchnology are designed by the calculation of material balance and energy balance of the tower of copper-washing, the reflux tower, renewable tower, last heat exchanger, descend heat exchanger, water-cold exchanger, ammonia-cold exchanger and the calculation of the technological parameter and the type selection of the main equipments. At the same time, the process and control flowsheet, the configuration diagram of the copper-washing tower, the plan and stereograph of the workshop.
