摘 要
21世纪世界发展迅速，各国科技和社会竞争已趋于白热化，随着我国城市化水平的不断提高科学技术的进步和社会的发展，各行各业的竞争都演变的越来越激烈，对于工程建设领域，也变的复杂多样。人们日益关注和重视的问题是如何在规定的时间期限内，按照预定的计划，保证质量的完成某项任务，来获得最大的经济效益。厂房建筑项目是用于生产的专业建筑项目，是为了满足社会生产的需要，围绕最终建筑产品进行生产经营活动，制造出适用、安全、经济、环保的各类厂房建筑。到了今日，厂房建筑业在自己的产品生产上和经营管理上形成了一定的特点。

Abstract
