摘要

随着我国经济的发展，财务报表分析对企业相关利益者而言有着至关重要的作用，深入的分析可及时向利益相关者提供企业的财务状况，帮助其做出决策。

因此范文以创世纪机械公司为研究对象，通过该公司的财务报表来了解该公司整体的财务状况、经营成果及现金流量。通过分析创世纪机械公司近五年的偿债能力、营运能力以及盈利能力情况来评价创世纪机械公司的整体效率。进一步研究了包括货币资金、存货、固定资产等在内的资产质量。最后，范文通过对创世纪机械公司财务报表进行分析明确问题所在，提出该公司应该提高充分运用财务杠杆效应，建立合适资产负债率；建立完善信用评估体系，加强应收账款管理；加强企业投资活动管理，不断优化现金流；加强研发能力和相关产业多元化发展。

Abstract

With the development of China's economy, the analysis of financial statements plays an important role for the relevant stakeholders. In-depth analysis can provide the stakeholders with the financial status of the enterprise in time and help them make decisions.

Therefore, this paper takes Chuangshi machinery company as the research object, through the company's financial statements to understand the company's overall financial situation, operating results and cash flow. This paper eva luates the overall efficiency of Chuangshi machinery company by analyzing its debt paying ability, operating ability and profitability in the past five years. The quality of assets, including monetary capital, inventory and fixed assets, is further studied. Finally, the paper analyzes the financial statements of Chuangshi Machinery Co., Ltd., and points out that the company should make full use of the financial leverage effect, establish the appropriate asset liability ratio, establish and improve the credit eva luation system, strengthen the management of accounts receivable, strengthen the management of investment activities, constantly optimize the cash flow, and strengthen the R & D ability and diversified development of related industries.
