皇台酒业存货内部控制问题研究

摘要

2004年至2012年，是我国白酒产业发展的黄金时期，但在2018年，政府推进廉洁治党，“三公消费”的限制以及禁酒令的推行使得白酒行业增长率降为负数，高端白酒市场遭受严重打击。作为制造型企业，存货是企业流动资产重要组成部分，良好的存货内部控制系统是企业稳定发展必要前提。而皇台酒业作为一家上市酒企，在行业变革中，连年亏损，多次进行重组都以失败告终，甚至在2018年初，因存货内控失效丢失巨额成品酒。因此，文章对皇台酒业的存货内部控制问题进行研究。

首先阐述了存货内部控制相关理论知识，后介绍了皇台酒业存货及其内部控制现状，并针对现状提出完善存货内部控制制度和操作流程、引进更先进的科学管理系统、同时创建内部控制监督与评价机制等建议。

abstract

From 2004 to 2012, it is a golden period for the development of China's liquor industry. However, in 2018, the government promoted the clean governance of the party, the restrictions of "three public consumption" and the implementation of the prohibition order reduced the growth rate of the liquor industry to a negative number and severely hit the high-end liquor market. As a manufacturing enterprise, inventory is an important part of the current assets of the enterprise. A good internal control system of inventory is a necessary prerequisite for the stable development of the enterprise. As a listed liquor company, Huangtai liquor industry lost money year after year in the course of industry reform, and many times of restructuring ended in failure. Even at the beginning of 2018, a huge amount of finished liquor was lost due to the failure of inventory internal control. Therefore, this paper studies the inventory internal control of Huangtai liquor industry.

First of all, this paper expounds the theoretical knowledge of inventory internal control, then introduces the inventory and its internal control status of Huangtai liquor industry, and finally puts forward suggestions for improving the inventory internal control system and operation process, introducing more advanced scientific management system, and establishing the internal control supervision and eva luation mechanism.
