摘要

物流成本作为一项重要的成本构成，是影响企业盈利的重要因素，但是由于现阶段我国物流企业尚未规定统一的核算对象及核算标准,并且多数企业没有重视对物流成本的控制，严重影响到了企业的经济效益，导致企业的长期发展目标难以实现，因此有必要对物流企业物流成本的核算与控制问题进行深入研究。

本文主要包括五个部分，第一个部分主要是关于该范文的一些研究基础；第二个部分是对物流成本知识的介绍；第三部分是针对滨拓物流公司的基本情况，并通过公司的物流成本的构成和公司物流成本核算与控制现状及相关数据，引出公司存在的问题；第四个部分是针对上述问题提出解决的对策和建议。为企业提供参考借鉴。

Abstract
