摘要

物流成本的管理是电商企业管理的重要内容，企业要想在市场竞争中处于有利地位，就必须采取一定的措施降低物流成本。本文不仅分析电商企业物流成本管理的问题，还进一步的以京东商城为典型案例进行研究。首先分析了京东商城物流成本管理的现状和相关的问题，通过分析京东物流运营的模式、库存成本管理的模式、运输成本管理的模式、配送成本管理的模式和逆向成本管理的模式等现状得出各个环节所存在的不足之处。最后根据这些分析出来的问题提出相应的一些改进建议，从选择物流模式、管理配送成本、管理库存成本、对逆向物流成本加强控制、对人才和研发的重视等五个方面针对现状问题进行相应的解决，使企业更好的管理物流成本，在市场竞争中占据有利地位，拥有更好的发展前景。

Research on Logistics Cost Management of JD Mall

Abstract:The management of logistics costs is an important part of the management of e-commerce enterprises. If enterprises want to be in a favorable position in the market competition, some measures must be taken to reduce the cost of logistics. This article not only analyzes the problem of logistics cost management of e-commerce enterprises, but also makes a case study of JD mall as a typical case. First, it analyzes the current situation of the logistics cost management of JD mall and some related problems. Through the analysis of the current situation of JD logistics mode, inventory cost management model, transportation cost management model, distribution cost management model and reverse cost management mode, the shortcomings of each link are obtained. Finally, according to the analysis of these problems, some suggestions for improvement are put forward, from five aspects, such as selecting logistics mode, managing distribution cost, managing inventory cost, strengthening control of reverse logistics cost, paying attention to personnel and R & D, so as to make enterprises better manage logistics cost. It will occupy a favorable position in the market competition and have better prospects for development.
