物流业如今以第三产业身份存在，作为服务业的领头代表，将会对我国产业结构战略性升级大有裨益。物流企业的发展离不开对成本的控制，即使现如今我国物流业蓬勃发展，可是依旧要值得注意的是我国的物流类别企业仍和发达国家存在差距。由此自然会面临一些诸如资金不充足、实力不强、管理不规范不合理等经营管理问题。由此建立符合自身特色的物流企业成本管理体系迫在眉睫，否则将不利于企业可持续发展。此外，不难发现，想要提升物流企业的经济效益最应该从分析其物流成本管理控制下手，这样才能对物流活动和物流成本进行更加科学合理的控制。

本文主要注重对顺丰企业各种成本数据调查分析，以及相关的场地资料进行整合。首先从理论上阐明了物流成本与物流成本控制的含义和内容。然后通过采用顺丰速运企业的案例进行深入分析，阐释了顺丰速运的概况，然后进行顺丰物流运输配送，仓储，包装过程中成本管理问题成因以及优化各个成本项目的具体对策。

Abstract

The logistics industry now exists as a tertiary industry. As a leading representative of the service industry, it will be of great benefit to the strategic upgrading of China's industrial structure. The development of logistics enterprises is inseparable from the control of cost. Even though the logistics industry in our country is booming now, it is still worth noting that there is still a gap between our logistics enterprises and developed countries. Therefore, it will naturally face some management problems, such as insufficient funds, weak strength, improper management and so on. Therefore, it is urgent to establish the cost management system of logistics enterprises which is in line with its own characteristics, otherwise, it will not be conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises. In addition, it is not difficult to find that in order to improve the economic benefits of logistics enterprises, we should start from the analysis of their logistics cost management control, so as to control the logistics activities and logistics costs more scientifically and reasonably.

This paper focuses on the investigation and analysis of various cost data of Shunfeng enterprises, as well as the integration of relevant site data. Firstly, the meaning and content of logistics cost and logistics cost control are explained theoretically. Then through the in-depth analysis of the case of Shunfeng express, the paper explains the general situation of Shunfeng express, and then analyzes the causes of cost management problems in the process of logistics distribution, storage and packaging, as well as the specific countermeasures to optimize each cost project.
