本文采用案例分析法、文献研究法等方法，选择具有代表性的五大行之一——工商银行为例，将2017、2018年两年的年度报表作为主要数据来源，对我国商业银行财务风险的管理状况进行具体分析。整篇范文意在发现工商银行财务风险管理存在的问题和不足，探讨问题成因，进而对症下药，提出相关改进方法，加强商业银行财务风险管理，促进我国社会经济更好发展。希望本文内容对我国商业银行的财务风险管理有一定帮助作用。

Abstract

Based on the methods of case analysis and literature research, this paper selects one of the five representative banks —— ICBC as an example, takes the annual statements of 2017 and 2018 as the main data source, and makes a concrete analysis of the management status of the financial risks of commercial banks in China. The whole paper is intended to find out the problems and shortcomings of ICBC's financial risk management, discuss the causes of the problems, and then give the right remedy to the case, put forward the relevant improvement methods, strengthen the financial risk management of commercial banks, and promote the better development of social economy in China. It is hoped that the content of this paper will be helpful to the financial risk management of commercial banks in China.
