XCLW50821 互联网消费信贷风险问题研究——以蚂蚁花呗为例 (字数:10977) 摘要 新兴的互联网消费信贷产品,给人们带来了许多便利,让人们享受了提前消费的快感,但也正是因为新,政府的监管还有待完善,大众对于他们的了解也不够深入,可能会产生盲目使用的行为,这其实造成了许多潜在的风险,例如:会诱导一些没有偿还能力的人,过度的消费;不法分子用来违法套现;给传统金融消费信贷带来巨大冲击,使市场出现混乱等。本文深入分析了互联网消费贷款所面对的风险,探索互联网消费贷款的发展状况和我国互联网消费贷款市场的发展状况,通过蚂蚁花呗,对互联网风险贷款的控制体系及其存在的问题进行探索,并在本文最后分别针对蚂蚁花呗平台内部风险控制问题、服务客户道德风险问题以及法律监管问题提出相应建议,其现实意义在于:一方面有助于消费者理解消费信贷的潜在风险,并合理加以使用;另一方面相信对互联网消费信贷市场的未来发展以及监管起到一定帮助。 关键词:消费信贷风险;互联网消费金融;蚂蚁花呗 Abstract Emerging Internet consumer credit products have brought many conveniences to people and made people enjoy the pleasure of early consumption. But it is precisely because of the new situation, the government's supervision needs to be improved, and the public's understanding of them is not deep enough, which may lead to the behavior of blind use, and in fact has caused many potential risks, such as inducing some people who are unable to repay. Excessive consumption; illegal elements used to cash illegally; bring huge impact to traditional financial consumer credit, make the market chaotic and so on. Based on the current situation of the development of the Internet consumer credit and China’s Internet consumer market, this paper deeply analyses the risks faced by Internet consumer loans, explores the development of Internet consumer loans and the development of China's Internet consumer loan market from the point of Ant Credit Pay. Its practical significance lies in: on the one hand, it helps consumers understand the potential risk of consumer credit and use them reasonably; on the other hand, it is believed that it will help the future development and supervision of the Internet consumer credit market. This paper put forward some suggestions on the risk control of the Internet consumer credit, and controls the risk by popularizing financial security education and perfecting relevant laws. This paper has certain reference significance foe the analysis and research of financial theory of law.
