Abstract

 Market competition in the telecom environment, Telecom Billing System is the core of the most important support systems for telecom operators with market competition, also is the nerve center of the operation of the market for telecommunications companies. Telecommunications companies look at the construction and effective operation of Telecom Billing System as an important means to improve service quality and enhance their competitive strength and stimulate the increased volume of business.
