摘    要

 上海宝钢股份公司完成增发收购以后，从管理一个单一的生产制造单元转变为要管理跨区域的多个钢铁生产制造单元、化工分公司及70多家子公司，在管理的范围、运作模式等方面均发生了历史性的变化。根据公司一体化工作的总体部署，人力资源管理一体化整合工作将加速推进，现行人事信息系统已难以满足新形势下的人力资源管理要求，建立与公司战略相匹配的人力资源信息系统e-HR项目迫在眉睫，势在必行。
 从目前宝钢股份公司总部以及分、子公司人力资源部的业务、系统的现状进行分析，结合宝钢全球化经营和一体化人力资源管理的需要对信息系统的要求，从流程、基础管理、应用系统几个方面剖析目前不符合一体化人力资源管理需求的业务流程、系统功能，并提出业务、系统的改进方向。
 本文针对以上人力资源一体化的需求设计开发了一个人力资源管理系统（e-HR），本范文首先简单介绍了e-HR系统的现状和发展趋势，然后详细介绍整个系统总体需求和设计以及系统方案，并详细介绍了业务流程；最后在详细设计中本文介绍了薪酬与福利模块的详细设计。

Large Enterprise Human Resources System Application based on J2EE
                                                       
Abstract

 After Shanghai Baosteel completed issuing additional shares of the company, it changes from a single production enterprise to mutil-regional iron and steel manufacturing enterprise with 70 branches and subsidiaries. According to the overall plan, the integration of human resource management will accelerate. The former HR system faces new situation of management. It is urgent to establish an e-HR project matching the new human resource management.
 In order to adapt to the globalization and integration of human resource management information, the system needs to be changed and improved after we complete the analysis of business of Baosteel human resources department of all level. These changes and improvements include workflow, basic management and application system.
 Based on the needs of the human resource, this dissertation firstly introduces e-HR system status and trends, and then analyzes the entire system development needs, demands, and a detailed business processes. Finally, this dissertation focuses on the design of payrolls and benefits module in detail.
