范文编号:JX683 范文字数:29060.页数:60 附CAD图纸 摘 要 本设计主要内容是对锐意车控制面罩单型腔注塑模具的设计,首先是对塑料制品的分析,包括它的材料和形状尺寸等方面的要求。然后是注射机的选择,接下来是模具的具体设计,其中包括几个重要的部分,如型腔数的确定,分型面的确定,浇注系统,冷却系统,引气排溢系统,脱模机构等部分的设计。本设计的主要难点是需用侧向抽芯来完成,由于锐意车控制面罩的内侧有侧孔,所以采用斜导柱侧向抽芯机构来完成,使之产生侧向运动而完成分型式的抽芯动作。分析塑件外形测绘后利用UG三维绘图软件绘出三维图,用autocad软件进行制图,画出一张定模部装图,一张动模部装图,一张总装配图。

Plastic analysis of the use of UG after the appearance of three-dimensional mapping software to map three-dimensional map graphics. with autocad drawing software, draw a map will be loaded module Department, the epartment installed a dynamic map, a total assembly.
