范文编号:JX685 范文字数:17745.页数:41 附CAD图纸 摘 要 注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。而如何更快更有效率更经济地制造塑料制品成为一门新的课题。本文主要介绍了注射模具的主要设计过程。首先是对塑料制品的分析,包括它的材料和形状尺寸等方面的要求。然后是注射机的选择,接下来是模具的具体设计,其中包括几个重要的部分,如型腔数的确定,分型面的确定,浇注系统,冷却系统,引气排溢系统,脱模机构,抽芯机构等部分的设计。设计中包括它们的具体尺寸、形状及形式的设计以及它们的性能用途的分析,尤其对于其中几个重要功能部件的设计分析。最后阐述了设计后对模具设计的一点心得和思路。 Abstract Plastic injection molding is an important method, which is primarily applicable to thermoplastic plastic molding, Molding can be a complex shape of precision plastic parts.But how to produce the plastic product more effective, more quick and more economical has become a new topic. This paper mainly introduces the main design process of the injecting mold . First plastic product is analyzed, including its material and shape size and so on. Then injection machine is chosen, as well as the mold concrete design, including several important parts: the number of the cavity, the dividing face, designing of the injecting system, cooling system, air supplement and platoon overflows system, the outing mechanism, the mechanism for taking out the core and so on. Its concrete size, shape and form design and the analysis of its performance are also carried on, especially analysis of designs of some important functional parts in this paper.
