范文编号:JX767 范文字数:23446.页数:48 附CAD图 摘 要 本设计范文对表面处理用行车进行了结构上和控制系统的创新设计,并进行了三维造型及模拟上色。结构上主要包括行车的行走结构、定位机构、提升机构、抓取结构和接液装置;控制系统方面主要包括行车的电气原理图的设计及制作,以及控制程序的编写与模拟调试。通过最初的立意创新、资料收集,进行了初设计,从众多的行车结构和样式中选择优化的结构并进行重点分析及设计。在项目确定之后,进行CAD二维图纸设计制作,得到初稿并经审核后,用三维建模制作行车的三维效果图,并进行模拟上色(在三维软件中进行渲染)。控制系统采用PLC控制系统,在结构设计完成之后,根据已有机构进行电气原理图的制作,并根据原理图在GX中进行程序编写,并进行相应的模拟环境设置。 The Structure Design and Control Sytem Design of The Surface Treatment Engineering This design thesis describes the designing of structure and control system of the overhead crane on the surface treatment engineering, the 3-D modeling and the simulated tintaging.The structure of the crane includes the moving structure of crane,the positioning structure,lifting structure,the grasping structure and plating-solution stopping structure;As for the controlling system,it includes the designing and manufacturing of electric fundamental drawing of crane,and editing the procedure and the simulated debugging.Through the initial created conception and data collection,carrying on the primary designing,then choosing a better scheme from so many schemes and having an analysis before major designing.After fixing the program,the CAD 2-D drawings are desgned and made,then achieve the first draft and get through checking.And then the 3-D model is done in the 3-D software and achieves the 3-D drawing.Then make a simulated tintaging for the crane’s 3-D model(the rendering is done in the 3-D software).Controlling system adopts the PLC control system,after the designing of the strcture,writing the procedure in the GX for the electric fundamental drawings which are drawed according to the original strcture,and has the simulated environment set in the MCGS software.
