摘  要
                                  
    粉碎机是将大尺寸的固体原料粉碎至要求尺寸的机械设备，粉碎机由粗碎、细碎，风力输送等装置组成，以高速撞击的形式达到粉碎机之目的。粉碎机械是应用机械力对固体物料进行粉碎作业,使之变为小块、细粒或粉末的机械，粉碎机械是破碎机械和粉磨机械的总称。
 本课题设计的是为一种小型的，经济型的粉碎机——锤片式粉碎机。该机结构简单，使用方便，主要运用于粮食加工行业和食品加工行业，比较适合小型作业的用户，本课题主要通过对粉碎机进行分析、设计和计算，达到了解、掌握粉碎机相关零部件的设计计算内容，受力状况，受力特点，计算和分析方法。完成中心轴、轴承等相关零部件的设计说明书，从而深入了解和掌握如何降低能耗，提高其工作稳定性的途径、方法和技术。

 The Design Of Grinder
 Abstract

   The mill is the large size of the solid material crushed to the requested size of machinery and equipment. It is composed of primary crushing, fine, wind transport and other devices by high-speed crash to achieve the aim. Crushing machine is applied mechanical force to smash the operation of solid materials, making it a small, fine or powder machinery. The grinder is the general of broken machinery and mill machinery.
 This topic is designed as a small, economical grinder - hammer mill. It has many advantages: simple structure, easy to use, mainly used in food processing industry and food processing industries, more suitable for users of small operations. This issue mainly through the mill carried out the analysis, design, and calculation, to understand and grasp the relevant parts of the design and calculation of mill contents, mechanical condition, mechanical characteristics, calculation and analysis，complete of the central axis, the bearings and other related parts of the design specification. To understand and learn how to reduce energy consumption, improve the stability of its work means, methods and techniques.
