摘      要
 模具工业在国民经济中占有重要地位，其生产技术水平的高低，已成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志。模具行业是制造业的重要组成部分，具有广阔的市场前景，是机械制造业中技术先进、影响深远的重要工艺装备,具有生产效率高、材料利用率高、制件质量优良、工艺适应性好等特点。本次设计首先介绍了模具行业的基本情况和发展状态，接着从塑料产品的性能、用途、批量及材料品种、产品的形状、精度、型腔结构，模具零件结构尺寸设计等各方面详细分析了汽车驾驶室储物盒锁扣模具的注塑加工工艺性。通过对此塑件的分析，设计推出机构，并对主要零部件进行强度校核。在对塑件的体积、重量等主要参数计算结果的基础上对注塑机设备进行了选择，并进行了必要的校核，以便所选的注塑机完全满足注塑要求。最后，对本次文档设计进行了总结。

Abstract

This design first introduced the basic situation of the mold industry, and development of the state, then from the performance of plastic products, uses, quantities and varieties of materials, products shape, precision, cavity structures, Structural design of mold parts, a detailed analysis of all aspects Automotive cab storage box lock processing of the injection mold. Plastic parts through this analysis, design, launch agencies, and check the strength of the main components.
