摘要：人类社会的进步总是伴随着科学技术的发展，正是由于科技的发展，并使之转化为生产力，才使得人类更快的进步，生活更加的方便。交通工具就很好地证明了这一点。而火车作为交通工具的出现，满足了人们外出旅游、办事的需要。但是现在人口的膨胀，使得铁路拥挤，于是双层火车就诞生了。它的出现在一定程度上缓解了旅客多的问题，大大提高了客运量。但是由于我国在这方面发展的还比较缓慢，因此也带来了不少的问题，主要是在双层火车上售货的问题。由于一般的车不能自由的上下楼梯，所以现在在双层火车上售货既浪费人力，又不能满足旅客的要求。因此设计一种可以上下楼梯，且不易发生倾倒的售货车有很大的实用价值。

But population's inflation of now, make the railway crowded, then the double-decker was born . Its appearance has alleviated passenger's question more to a certain extent, has improved the volume of passenger transport greatly . But in this respect because of our country Development still relatively slow, bring many question too , sell goods question at double-decker mainly. Can't because of the general car Free upper and lower stair, sell goods and already wasted manpower at double-decker now, Can't meet the passenger's request . So it is all right to design one Upper and lower stair is and difficult to take place topple over sell freight train have heavy practical value very.
