DL-4 单螺旋锥形混合机设计
 【摘要】混合机是一种高效的混合设备，适用于化工、医药、石油、建材等。可以用于粉体与粉体，粉体与液体，液体与液体混合。因此，混合机在当代应用非常广泛。DL-4单螺旋锥形混合机的混合效果比传统的滚筒式提高功效10多倍，具有混合速度快、混合精度高、动力消耗低、装载系数大、运转平稳可靠以及操作条件良好、清洗维修方便、使用寿命长等优点。它特别适用于比重悬殊，颗粒大小不一的物料混合。其特征是它只有一个搅拌螺旋，该搅拌螺旋所在的轴的底端从内轴承座上外伸且能够带动它自转的下减速器的输出轴连接；且能够带动搅拌螺旋公转的转臂上；内轴承座安装在机壳底部的能允许其作为搅拌螺旋所在轴的公转支撑点的外轴承座内，从而解决了现有的单螺旋锥形混合机得结构复杂耗能大且使用中物料有受润滑油污染的危险等问题，DL-4单螺旋锥形混合机的主要部件有减速器、圆柱齿轮传动、锥齿轮传动、轴承座、搅拌螺旋。本设计的内容主要包括传动方案的设计，齿轮传动的相关计算，电动机及减速器的选择，并利用了相关的制图软件进行了零件的设计和处理。

DL-4 single-screw conical mixer design

  [Abstract] Mixer is a highly efficient mixing equipment for chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and building materials. Can be used in powder and the powder and liquid, liquid and liquid mixture. DL-4 single-screw conical mixer for mixing than the traditional roller to improve the effectiveness of 10 times, with mixed speed, mixing high precision, low power consumption, loading coefficient, smooth and reliable operation and good operating conditions, cleaning and maintenance convenience and long life. It is particularly suitable proportion of the poor, mixed particle sizes of materials. The feature is that it is only a mixing screw, the mixing screw is located at the bottom of the shaft within the bearing housing from the extended and they can bring it to the next rotation of the output shaft gear; and can bring the mixing spiral arm of the revolution of the transfer; bearing installed in the chassis in the bottom of the mixing screw to allow it as a revolution where the shaft bearing in the outer support points, so as to solve the existing single-screw conical mixer too big and complex structure of energy consumption and material use are risk of contamination by oil and other issues, DL-4 single-screw conical mixer's main components are gear, cylindrical gear drive, bevel gear, bearing, stirring spiral. The design mainly includes design of transmission scheme, the relevant calculation of gear drive, motor and reducer selection, and use the related graphics software design and processing of parts.
