The design and op timization of the mixing impeller ismost important to the efficiency of oxygenation. In this paper, the solidmodeling and finite element analysis and op ti2mal design of aerator blades were made based on the study of the oxygenation mechanism. Firstly, the working process of the bladeswas studied through solid modeling, mesh generation and finite element analysis process, and the stress - strain finite element analysiswas offered based on ANSYS, which identified the weak links in the leaves.And more, the op timized and imp roved designs for the p roduction were made, which set the foundation for the manu2facture of the blades. 目 录
